Junior American Drive

Our first Junior American Drive of the year coincided with the Junior BBQ (organised by the Junior Committee), and a great time was had by all including the coaches!
For once the weather did not affect the competition, and so we had a big turnout with nearly 35 players taking part.
The 12&Under competition was won by Matthew Clark and the 13&Over competition by Christian Slater. We stopped half way to let the kids take on some well earned BBQ, and then commenced with a somewhat more sluggish approach to doubles!!
Thanks to Stuart and Pete for organising the drive, Colin Slater who did a fantastic job on the BBQ and Caroline Adams and partents helping out in the kitchen.
